I absolutely LOVE everything from Xi’an’s! My go-to is their Spicy Lamb Noodles for sure. It is delicious hand pulled noodles, with the soup, chilis, spice, herbs and delicate ground lamb. My second go-to from here is Spicy Lamb Cumin Burger!
What are the best ramen noodles in NYC?
Highly recommend if you’re in NYC. The lamb cumin noodles are pretty good. Lots of spice and flavor and the noodles have a nice bite/bounce to them. Wouldn’t say it’s outstanding, but quite enjoyable.
